Booking in advance allows our brand ambassadors to prepare a curated selection of timepieces based on your interests, ensuring you have our undivided attention. Our boutiques offer a full range of services designed to enhance your ownership experience. This includes private viewings, expert consultations on building a collection, strap and bracelet changes, and precise bracelet sizing for a perfect fit. Select flagship locations also have an on-site master watchmaker for immediate diagnostics, pressure testing, and other minor technical services.

We strive to have a comprehensive selection of our main collections at all locations. However, certain limited editions, high-complication pieces, or boutique-exclusive models may only be available at our flagship stores. We always recommend calling your preferred boutique ahead of your visit if you wish to view a specific, rare model. Our team can confirm its availability or arrange for a potential transfer.

A private viewing is a dedicated, one-on-one session with an Aethel ambassador in a private salon within our boutique. It is an immersive opportunity to explore our collections in depth, feel the weight and finish of the timepieces, and see how they interact with light. You can ask detailed questions in a relaxed atmosphere, often with refreshments provided. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase; it is an experience designed for discovery and appreciation.

Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your Aethel timepieces to any of our boutiques for a complimentary inspection and consultation. Our on-site experts can perform an initial assessment, advise on recommended service intervals, and facilitate the process if your watch needs to be sent to our central Swiss atelier for a complete overhaul or complex repair. This ensures your treasured timepiece receives the highest standard of care.
